Nissan dealerships near me (Malibu, CA)

This place is a joke! Dealing with 2 guys made to give all my info and they ran my credit multiple times, made me get all this paperwork and pick a car out and confirmed that it was available up to an hour before and made me make an appt. I get there and none of the guys that I was working with are there, I get stuck with someone who doesn’t know my situation and I get shown cars that are in rough shape, like I know my credit isn’t strong but I felt like a second class citizen. The sales guy I got was not knowledgeable, didn’t ask me what I was looking for and lead me into a lot and I basically looked around on my own. Don’t fall for there crap. Go elsewhere.

The most unethical. They lied and did not have the car they confirmed they had, but had others, more expensive, in stock. Never trust a manager, like Vince, who tells you it is not “technically a bait and switch” and then tells you, by heart, what the definition of a “bait and switch” is.

I showed up to the dealership wanting to test drive a 350z, the car wasn’t ready and they tried to push me towards a different car. I was obviously there for one car only. Since the car wasn’t available for a test drive, due to the safety inspection process, I was told they would call me back the following day. Never did.
