No good experience gave me the wrong price would not recommend

The whole process of being able to see the car, and purchase it was phenomenal! My salesperson Ricky mills made the entire process fun and easy! What a cool guy. This is a genuine compliment because I've dealt with terrible sales people and dealerships! I can't say enough about Napoli Nissan and the team that works there.

So far is good have not complet the deal

One of the worst dealers around said they had a used car in stock I made an appointment to go and see it first they said they sold it then they asked if I wanted to see another car I said no then the manager came over said it was in one of there other lots that it would take 3 hours to go get it they are a disgrace and car gurus should not advertise any of the cars I will never recommend anyone to them

Manager stole us away from the employee we were already being helped by. He stated 2014, 2015 and 2016 rogues can’t be sold due to a stop order and he didn’t know when they would be fixed so I couldn’t get the car (basically posted for bait). Manager was really pushy about us getting a brand new car and when we said no, he got upset and dismissed us

Very good experience. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Vey fast process. Definitely no complaints.
