Alissa (manager) helped get my payments where I needed them to be. John, I think that was his name, got all of the paperwork ready and went over everything in detail including the extended warranties that we could've bought. CarGurus, well, they made it all happen because if it weren't for them posting the car on their site, I would've never seen it. They contacted D Patrick Nissan and gave them my information, with my approval, and they got back with me right away. They had it listed as a manual transmission and it was an automatic transmission.

Dealer was responsive and sent photographs I requested. I was unable to make it to the dealership before the car sold due to work, but dealer was helpful and quick to respond.
