I scheduled an appointment to test drive the car with Jorge. I showed up and was told Jorge was not in yet and Angelica helped he. She was incredibly helpful. I was sitting at the table doing paperwork and the gentleman helping a woman at the next table, guess who he was….. Jorge. He was at the dealership the entire time. I’m thankful for Angelica helping me and I did not have to deal with a liar that could not follow thru with his scheduled appointment. I will refer friends and family to Angelica and make sure they don’t deal with Jorge. I had a great experience with everyone else but Jorge. Angelica was wonderful. Financial department was great.

When I asked about if there any room on the price cuz I seen a couple others same year and model with less mileage! There texts back were unfriendly and didn't offer reson that they would be Negotiable with their price ?!?!? So never made attempt to go look at thier truck for sale

The worst experience I’ve had very dishonest people, I had bought a car from Jose one of the sales “manager” very unprofessional during the first 10hours of owning the car the engine gave up don’t recommend doing business with these people they promised on paying the tow truck but when I requested my money back they gave me so many excuses

Wait was long. Other than that, the staff was very courteous and answered all my questions. Transaction was very smooth.

Horrible experience. Harasses me about my appointment and when I showed for it, the car had been sold the night before. And no remorse. That is unprofessional and they cost me 4 hours of driving in LA rain
