Awful. The car was a bait and switch, and then they added $3800 in dealer fees to the purchase of the car, admitted that their cost was $1400 for it, but wouldn’t negotiate on the fees or cost of vehicle even though the driver car door was not operational

I definitely should have looked at this dealership reviews. Spoke with shon about price quotes since I knew with all the fees they add it’d add a couple thousand to the total cost. The difference was around 5K but they informed me it was due to taxes which they had no control over but I know how much taxes my state charges. He put it off more on taxes then their fees. I asked for a breakdown of fees and noticed for 1K they added an anti-theft device which I asked if it could be removed (obviously to avoid paying that fee) but they play dumb and said yes in the future you can. I informed them I didn’t need it and he said since I’m out of state and it’s likely I won’t return so it wouldn’t be making sense to remove the device and how they wouldn’t do it. Due to them probably not producing enough sales they tackle additional fees and probably hope you won’t notice. If these items are non negotiable they should be added into the original price quoted or listed in description.

Worst overall truck buying/ looking experience ever!!! I show up on time for a 3:30 appointment.I’m told he’ll be right here. 25 minutes later .During this time, I over hear ( f bombs from the people in the enclosure in the show room. Very unprofessional, then I go look at truck by myself, once done, I ask for salesman again. Then ask for keys to look inside. That’s when John shows up, says here’s keys go test drive. Once back , we talk trade in , low ball offer of course. He laughs and says , you over paid by 5,000.00 dollars, numbers don’t lie. He doesn’t make the sale, sends over a tall guy to do better. Not nowhere near. That was a complete waste of time. Got keys left dealership.
