Called immediately and has kept in touch. Great costumer service so far.

They have very poor communication. After the initial email of talking with them, it took them days to respond back. We finally had to email them again to ask about the inquiry and the application that we had put in, and they wanted to get hateful with their responses and saying that the manager had other people they were dealing with. It really made us feel like we were not a priority as a customer.

My experience with Ben Mynatt Nissan was great. Kevin was my Salesperson but the whole buying process was outstanding. I would definitely look to purchase from them the next time I'm in the market for another vehicle.

Confirmed the appointment with me the day before I'm supposed to check it out, I drive 45 minutes to get there ON TIME for them to tell me they sold the car to someone else. Terrible business.
