Nissan dealerships near me (Brooksville, FL)

Check engine light came on within days of buying the car. Took the car back to have them look at it and they wanted me to pay for the repairs.. If I was David Maus, I would have taken care of my customer!

Dealer couldn’t give me a quote without coming into to dealership

Jacked up price shown on CarGurus by $12,000 +. Then told us that the price we saw online was the “internet price” and not the actual price. Whhhaaattt!?!!!? Tried to sell us all the vehicles on the lot that they could not sell. No thank you. 100% Waste of time. Maus Nissan “whatever it takes”, what a joke.

Great experience with these guys. Very helpful felt very comfortable with them. They treated me like family walked away with a toyota tacoma. Love the whole thing. Thanks maus nissan

Unfortunately, I should have taken the low reviews for this dealership more seriously. My son and I went to test drive a car today and the salesman was so disrespectful and nasty during our test drive that my son turned around and went back immediately. He was asking questions about if this would be cash or finance which was fine but my answer of a combo of both finance/cash and was not sure until I see the final numbers with approval from my son to buy the car. That apparently was not an acceptable answer and the salesperson went into attack mode and was acting extremely childish and over the top rude/argumentative. He needs to be fired and never work in the customer service business ever. Well too bad for the dealership because my son bought a car today elsewhere. I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone so you’ve been warned!!!

It was touch and go in the beginning but we were able to come up with an agreement satisfactory to both parties.
