Mitsubishi dealerships near me (Totowa, NJ)

I sent feedback directly to the GM (Jamie Rusignuolo) with no reply. Really poor communication. All automated emails and no one is talking to each other. I would not recommend an online purchase from this company.

I am quite picky but they really took their time explaining everything, so I got the best deal ever!

They were horrible. I took a train and an Uber to purchase a vehicle which they knew I was coming. When I arrived the manager let his jeweler's wife hold the car. They had 2 similar cars. The car I wanted 2021 he told me was already sold which was a lie because it was on the lot and still listed. The 2020 he wanted me to put a down payment on the car he got mad because I didn't so i had to go all the way back home paying another $200 for a train ticket. They didn't even care. I wouldn't buy a cup of coffee from Bell's . They lie to people.
