Sent inquiry by email but no responese. Sent email again that I was waiting for response but hadn't received anything. 2 days later, I got email from sales director for my experience so I replied what happened. After that sales rep sent email immediately and said she sent email and phone call. So I sent screen shot for proof of not receiving.

Dear General manager and Managment team. I recently purchased used car via online as result it was very bad experience and i'm very disappointed with this transaction. There were a few issues that I want to bring up your management team. 1/ I contacted dealer 3x via call/chat and they said they will forward information to sale manager but up until now no call from manager yet. ( contact on 3/2) 2/ Dealer replaced 2 front tires, but I would never expect a highly reputation dealer would cut corner by installed a very low quality, cheap tire which is no suitable with this car and have greatly impacted driving performance especially on raining day or wet road condition ( no grip and uninstablity). 3/ Per service department from your dealer the car with new brake service but that is not true. I took the car to the shop and they verified that all brakes were in original from day one. Again, i'm very unhappy with this purchase and wish dealer can do something better. TP
