Mercedes-Benz dealerships near me (Sanford, FL)

Was contacted by John and told the vehicle was available. I expressed my interest in purchasing the vehicle and told him i was not in the Orlando area but I would purchase and pick up the vehicle on the weekend. He said no problem, sent me a video of the vehicle we discussed a trade and his manager called me with the trade value and we agreed on moving forward. He stated they were going into a meeting but would send me the paperwork after. Credit application was sent to me I completed it and submitted it to them the same day, then nothing. I called John to find out if the purchase was in progress only to be told they sold the vehicle to someone else. Of course I was livid, I just sent these people my personal information only to be told they sold the vehicle. Then they had the nerve to contact me asking if I was still purchasing as if I would ever do business with them again. I would not recommend them.

Extremely poor customer service. Salesman lied to me. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The car was described as “pampered with showroom shine”. I went through the process of gaining them my information for a deposit until I could get over to see it. The salesman then told Mr it had scratches on the bumper. Obviously the showroom shine had disappeared. He said he would approval to fix it and call me on Tuesday. I called and he told me it was in the shop and he would check on it. He then texted me back that the car had been sold to someone else “as is”. So holding it for me and “it was in the shop” was just not true, I would never buy a car from this dealership. They obviously can’t be trusted.

Although I did not buy from this dealership. But, I felt that they were prompt and professional with their response which is most of the dealerships do not do!
