They responded immediately and were very polite and courteous. They were ready to show me the vehicle that day but my schedule didn't permit it so I made an appointment for the following day. Unfortunately I received an email from them early the next morning that the vehicle had sold the evening prior. I appreciated that they told me straight away that morning. They didn't play a bait and switch that some dealerships have been known to do. The vehicle I was interested in looked spectacular and for a fair price so it didn't surprise me I lost out.

Describe my experience? OR lack thereof? Waited 4 days, no response. Called and spoke witha salesman who said he'd take care of us... That didn't happen. Called back and spoke with Sales Manager, he also stated he'd handle my concerns.. Still waiting.
