I inquired about a 911 Targa 4S that they had advertised for $95K and then saw the same vehicle on another deale site the same night, only it was $15K more. I thought it was a coincidence that the same model, year, color and optioned car was for sale at another dealer. That dealer rep messaged me right away saying they just got the car in that day. The following morning the rep from Helms contacted me and said the car was no longer available and that they just sold it that day. That was obviously a lie because they had already sold it and it was at another dealers showroom the day before, so why be dishonest??!! I asked them what they sold the car for, which I didn’t think I was out of line asking him, but he beat around the bush and wouldn’t give me a straight answer. Eventually he just stopped engaging with me as I felt he knew he had been caught in the lie!! Be transparent with potential customers, there was no reason to lie about the sale, but now you lost my trust!!
