Well , this was the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. On Sunday 3/9/2024, I sent the a message to see if vehicle was still available, and they said yes. So, I made an appointment for Monday 3/10/2024 at 6:30pm. Me and my wife got to the dealership at 6:30pm and were met by a young guy in the parking lot, asked if we had an appointment, and we said yes. I can’t remember the guy we had the appointment with or, the guy that met us in the parking lot. Anyway, we went inside, sat down, and he took our DL’s to make copies of them for the test drive. He went back through the glass door where there were what I’m assuming were managers. He spent at least 10-12 minutes back there talking to them before he came back out to take us out the side door of the dealership. He walked us out to the parking lot where he proceeded to tell us that he had a Toyota Highlander. Then, he told us that they had sold the car we listed above a week ago. Awful

The sales team is rude and pushy. Then when we started to talk about price, they added an extra $5k to the deal and wouldn't budge. Now the vehicle is listed for $3k under and still has not sold. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

This dealership was very upfront about their pricing for cars and did not try to add any extra hidden fees to the price. They were very professional and friendly, and were even able to help with transportation from the airport so that I could test drive the car before I purchased it. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or lied to. I would definitely try to purchase another car from them in the future when the time comes. Special thanks to Mr. Mendez for helping me test drive the car and finalize my purchase. He made the car buying process very simple for me when I had been stressing about it for months.

Response was good initially. Thought we had a deal done online. Drove 1.5 hours from Daytona beach tot finish the deal. When we showed up saw somebody that wasn’t aware of the cash deal we had made on line. After a test drive we noticed the bumper was damaged and displaced with chrome damage with the front headlight scuffed up. Deal didn’t feel right after that we walked.

Was receptive to my questions. I was hopeful but the driving distance from Daytona beach was too much. I would have like to complete the deal. We found similar car closet to home b
