Bobby contacted me on a Monday after I said I was interested in purchasing. I told him I would put a deposit down and he said, no there was another person who completed a credit app but no deposit. He said let's start the process for me to purchase. I then received a quote and app to purchase the car. I then received a call from another sales person who told me someone else put a deposit down on the car so I wouldn't be getting it. So even though I tried to put a deposit down on the car, and Bobby sent me the app and quote, suddenly the car wasn't available. Very poor customer service and I will never deal with that car dealer again because they are unethical. You would think there would be good communication internally on a car being sold and where it was in the process so what happened to me doesn't happen. My thoughts. I will probably shy away from buying a vehicle over the internet and only deal locally where I can complete the process in person.
