Land Rover dealerships near me (New Rochelle, NY)

Specifically asked the salesman to ensure the car was still available an hour before I drove down since I had a 60 minute drive.. He said oh,absolutely! Made the trek only to get a call as I reached the dealership. The sales guy said I hope you haven’t left yet. I said of course I already left and just got here. If I hadn’t, I would have been an hour late for our appointment. He said the car was just sold. I said since I drive an hour and I’m basically in your parking lot, can I at least view the vehicle? He said no as it was already in the garage on a lift. How convenient that it just sold, financing obtained and was already being refurbished 5 minutes prior to my appointment. These guys do not internally communicate. Also checked my phone and admin left me a c/m to confirm my appointment. I called back on the way back home to let them know STEVE just told me the car was sold. Another sales guy answered and I told him my story and he said of course I can see the car and chuckled.

02/17/2024 I acquired a Range Rover Sport cash from the Land Rover Glen Cove dealership, completing the transaction smoothly with Sales Manager David Garcia being the sole positive aspect of my experience. Despite assurances during the sale that I would receive my registration and title within two weeks, over four weeks have passed with no progress. The temporary tag has expired, and I have not been provided with a new one. Contacting the designated individual, Courtney revealed a lack of familiarity with car registration procedures in NJ, blaming a paperwork delay from the bank holding the lien on the car. Despite attempts to escalate the issue, including speaking with the General Manager, who suggested driving with expired tag and Cops will not stop me over expired TAG, the dealership has provided no solution other than waiting!Frustrated by the negative responses and lack of action, As of 03/27/2024 dealership took 40+ days to flip the title on my name

Great experience. The entire team treated us as if we were buying a Jaguar vice a used GMC. The SUV was as described and pictures portrayed its true condition - no surprises unlike the 3 dealers we stopped at prior to purchasing this GMC. If interested, call dealer directly - tried email and chat through their website but couldn’t get a straight answer on availability.

Kevin from dealership contacted me and invited me to their dealership for a test drive. He was very professional and never pressured me purchase this vehicle. Rather he suggested that if I like the vehicle then he would help me to purchase this vehicle. After negotiating the price I have purchased the truck from them. Sales manager was friendlier and corrected an error on the invoice and finance manager helped finding me a lower rates of interest %. I am very pleased with their service.
