I drove 40 minutes to the dealership two weeks ago after communicating with two salespeople via email and was told they'd be able to help me. When I arrived, I walked the lot and was not greeted or approached by anybody. I then walked the entire showroom floor, saw at least 8 idle employees, either by themselves or talking to one another, and was never greeted or asked if I could use any help. I then walked out to the lot and went to the other side, saw a few salespeople (not with customers) and was never approached. I will never go to that dealership again despite that their GM suddenly became interested in me and my business when he must have seen my email response to one of the salespeople I emailed. They obviously aren't interested in my business.
