They were awesome -- they contacted me right away, accommodated the appointment time I requested, and arranged the test drive in an open, friendly, low-pressure way. The salesman and sales manager both showed they were familiar with the details of their electric vehicles, unlike some other dealerships I had visited recently.

Steve in Used Cars confirms an appointment with me to come in and sign the paperwork at 2:00 pm on a Saturday for a used jeep. As I am driving and on the way from 45 miles away in Virginia, he texts me and informs me that someone else is purchasing the vehicle. Nevermind that Steve was not available on Friday (the day before) when I came in to test drive the vehicle and said "it would be best to wait for me since I know everything going on". Obviously something better came along and he failed to keep a commitment to me. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I called to speak to a manager TWICE about this, and no one will call me back.

Very thorough and helpful in communication

The sales people were very nice. However, be advised that this dealer is INFLEXIBLE on pricing. In addition to the advertised price of the vehicle, the dealer adds a processing fee of $500 (fairly standard for a dealer) and a "commission" of $700 (that was a new one to me). The dealer refused to take off even $1 of any of those charges. Take it or leave it; no negotiations. I left it! So, just be advised. When you see a listed price, add another $1,200 in junk fees to that price.
