Kia dealerships near me (IL)

Was pre-certified for loan just for dealer to tell me I still needed a co-signer for $3700 Waste of my time & wouldn't have went through credit inquiry

Good, no pressure, but not the vehicle for what I was looking for,Salesman was great

I sent one email and ended up communicating with four different people. Several said they hadn't heard from me and I had set up an appointment with the other two. Never got answers to my original questions either.

Staff was nice. No high pressure tactics. Car was dirty though which was surprising as I called the day before to schedule the appointment. I didn’t end up buying the car.

Paul contacted me about the car and answered my questions but unfortunately another dealership in their group sold the car I was interested in before I could make a deal. Paul was very helpful and friendly.

I was emailed by Amanda Nordigian she told the vehicle was available. When would I like to come in. I explained that I was out of state, but I wanted to buy the car. She said she would have a salesmen call me back to give me more information. That never happened. I called and talk with Amanda again. She said she was sorry she would have someone call me back shortly. I still never heard back from them. Not sure what's going on with this dealership. Maybe Bait and Switch. They had a sure sale and never got back with me. Strange indeed!

Book was great! The salesman was attentive.
