Kia dealerships near me (Burlington, NC)

Mark, our salesman, was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Although we didn't purchase the vehicle we will definitely consider a purchase from them in the future.

Unfortunately this was the worst experience with a dealership out of 15 or 20 experiences over my lifetime. I made an appointment for 6:00 to test drive the vehicle. Confirmed appointment an hour before arrival. My husband and I drove an hour in crazy rush hour traffic. Upon arrival I did as told and asked for the “sales” person by name. Was told by Lucas, nice young man, he would be helping us. He disappeared for about 10 minutes and returned with a key to not the vehicle. Said he could not find it, and disappeared again. After 10 more minutes, my husband and I walked outside and was looking at their inventory of new Kia Sorentos. Then Lucas and Sales Manager appear to tell us the vehicle went home with another couple for overnight test drive. So, I said okay, could we drive this new Sorento? Lucas returned with the key only to discover the fob battery was dead. We thanked Lucas and decided it wasnt meant to be. Sorry for him!

Rick Robertson was outstanding to work with. He saw some flaws after the vehicle was cleaned up and is addressing all of my concerns. This is a good solid dealership.
