I did not purchase a vehicle from them but my interaction was timely and professional.

I liked a 2022 Ram, that was already overpriced according to Cargurus. They didn’t want to match my trade in, from 2 other dealerships. I applied for financing through them, & they raised the price by another 2,000 dollars. The 2022 was at 49,479 when before I applied for financing. This vehicle is now at 52,500, that’s before tax, title & whatever bs fee that they’ll add. Cargurus says it’s 3,733 overpriced. Has 43,234 miles, that’s probably why it’s been on their lot for months. I wouldn’t do business with them. However the sales guy was awesome. Drake Burke responded even on his days off through e-mail. He took videos of the truck, because I didn’t have time to drive 2 hours to dealership. I’d give Drake Burke 4 stars but the dealership itself, I give 1 star for markups on their vehicles.

Inconsiderate business practices. We agreed on a time to test the ram 2500 that was for sell. Literally set this up 2 hours before hand. Drove 80 miles to test drive to be told a down payment was offered for the vehicle from someone else. No phone call, email or text informing me of the sell. Wasted my time and gas. I would never recommend a dealership with this unprofessionalism.
