Was prompt but not over bearing.

Nothing available afterall .. Countless emails, no inventory, same salesperson reaching out without realizing he just called me already. Dodge - " We will call you back with information".. Never call back!!

Good. Professional and persisent.

Professional and courteous. Vehicle exactly as described. Took 20 mins in and out but we had outside financing and everything was in place when we arrived. No complaints. Straight forward deal

I was in contact with Kim and Kevin for about 2 weeks, constant emails and texts. I was told OSF was ok and to come in and get the vehicle. The out door price was sent to me and my family, and we went to test drive. Kevin left us waiting for over two hours ( we watched him doing NOTHING). He basically waited until he knew the bank closed to come to tell us they only accept cashiers checks. That could have been communicated to us in our initial conversation. He proceeds to say “we can get you a good deal with us”. This was the plan for all alone. I personally feel like it was very unprofessional and inconsiderate to have our time waisted like that. We declined, and as we’re leaving the manager says can you come in Monday. He proceeds to take the buyers order and claims to make a copy but the one he gave me added on $4,000. They lied and had no intention on taking outside financing. They are MONEY HUNGRY and It’s crazy! Complete waste of our day! LIARS!!!!

The team at Southwest CDJR were fantastic. We coordinated almost everything over the phone and they had the car ready to test drive right on time. They were extremely communicative via email, phone and text. The listing was just as described (maybe better ever). They worked with me to ensure everything was smooth and easy. 100% would recommend working with their whole team!
