After reading horror stories of others at various dealers I was prepared for the worst. But, my son and I were pleasantly surprised by our experience at CDJR of Princeton. I made an appointment by email to see a specific car listed on CarGurus (2018 Honda Accord). The next day when we arrived at the dealer the sales person, Andrew, greeted us, and promptly took us out for a test drive. We liked the car. After addressing a few minor issues, we negotiated the price with Andrew. He was very quick to address our concerns with some of the charges listed on the original quote with his manager and after a couple of rounds of offer and counter-offer we had a deal! No pressure to buy an extended warranty or any extras and the paperwork went smoothly. Andrew was polite and responsive to our needs throughout the process. He personally attached the temporary license plate to the car before we drove it home. I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle.

Tom, the sales manager was fantastic at communicating with me. The sales person was confused on what documents were needed for insurance and The finance department was extremely slow in getting My son out on a timely manner but my son left happy with the bit of discount he received and he is loving the car and for that I give this place 5 stars.

Asked for an invoice to confirm all the fees on paper, they said they will send it and never send.
