INFINITI dealerships near me (Phoenix, AZ)

Wow! After a very frustrating week of dealing with every type of dealership under the sun in pursuit of my ideal used Tesla, I saw what appeared to be a vehicle that fit the bill for me. But, I had been in that position before so my expectations were in check. They turned out to be a diamond in the rough. After so many overpromised, underdelivered experiences trying to by my car, Jackson (salesperson) and Lon (sales manager) could not have made this process any easier or more pleasurable. FINALLY.. a dealership and staff with integrity. BTW, I live in California and travelled to Phoenix to purchase this car! Could not recommend this dealership more.

I went for a test drive and liked the car but wanted to get an inspection from a third party so I made an appointment for later that week. I only found out they sold the car because they missed the appointment, prompting me to call them. To make matters worse, the general manager contacted me the following day wondering if I am still coming by later today to pick up the car that he hadn’t realized they sold…

The dealer reached out to let me know the truck was sold, but I replied about another truck and that's the last contact I got.
