The text correspondence was very good! Sorry to say that we were disappointed overall, however. We drove a long way to look at and test drive this van, and there were too many problems with it that I was unable to do more than look. The sales manager said if he’d known of the issues, he would of told us so we wouldn’t have driven there for nothing. He said the service department would check it out and take care of it and then let us know when it was ready. We’ve heard nothing else. I have no interest in driving there again.
