Hyundai dealerships near me (Sarasota, FL)

Hidden fees. A truck priced just under 16K and they send me an invoice price of 24K lol. Never would I fo business like that. They added restoration fees after the price. I think this is fraud. Bad business

Very eager in the beginning. Four different people contacted me, including the General Manager. They told me they needed to fix a couple of things on the car before it was ready to be test driven, but I felt they were being vague about what those things were. However, I told them I would wait. After a little over a week, I reached out to the salesman they had assigned to me, and asked him how the car was coming along and told him to give me a bottom line out the door price. The advertise price has been reduced three times since I started watching the car Which is what motivated me to call them in the first place. I called when the car was advertised at about $5100. When the salesman came back to me with the outdoor price, he quoted me $8500 to be fair, they do have a lot of fine print about the pricing, But in my mind, I could not understand how they could reduce the price three times and then give me an out the door cash price over 40% higher than advertised. Immediately lost me.

Very informative ans patient

I went to test drive a used Sonata N Line and was given a quote on April 1st. The next day I called back to make a counter offer and was told by Mr. Carey, one of the managers, that he would call me back shortly that evening because he had to talk with his other manager to see what they could do. They never called back. I decided to contact Brandon Hyundai the very next morning and I was told that the quote they gave me was no longer valid because it was an end of month closing offer (April 1st??).... and the price had gone up from $24,344 to $26,500. Very poor business practice they should be ashamed.

The salesman did a very good job. We worked through everything and I had them run my credit and was approved. They were overnighting the paperwork for me to sign to finalize the purchase. The paperwork did not come to me. I started calling and texting and emailing to find out what happened. One week later my salesman called me a said the sales manager sold the car to someone else who walked in the dealership. Not a good way to do business.
