Hyundai dealerships near me (Mission Hills, CA)

Easily the worst dealer experience I have ever had in my life, if there is a vehicle you want at another dealership for more money please do yourself the favor and spend the money. First time I scheduled a test drive I was 20 minutes in from my hour drive before I was called and informed the car wasn’t even there. After 1-2 weeks I called the dealership to see what was up with the car and was informed that it would be delivered the next day. I then get a call at 9 the following morning asking if I could come in at 11:15. WITHOUT THE CAR BEING THERE. It finally arrived at 5:45 after being told it would then be there by 3, then 4, then 5 and finally 5:45 when it arrived with 2 HUGE scratches on the driver side door that are cover in the pictures with their “New arrival” banner even after I asked if the car had any issues. They were real quick to call me multiple times a day before then but I haven’t heard from them since.

Let me just say, one of the most sketchy dealers i have dealt with. Drove 2 hrs to see this car, i have the credit, was willing to negotiate a down payment, but they took hours to come back with an offer. When i got my offer they said i got approved, with a 14% INTEREST!!!! Please be careful when dealing with these people.

We had a deal but didn’t have a down payment so they sold it. They had another identical with lower miles and a roof rack and we made the same deal + $350 well worth it. Did all paperwork, and they’re giving me a long ride to pick up. Wonderful people. Such a great experience even though the First was sold they found this one. Thank you Downey Hyundai!
