Amber Dennard was my sales professional for my purchase of a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. All of Amber's communications were clear, prompt, and accurate. I negotiated the deal through Amber and the dealership honored the offer. They are a volume dealer and their offers are very competitive. To get the best deals with them you do have to use Hyundai Motor Financing. That's not uncommon in the Auto industry today. They're going to have the usual dealer fees, electronic filing fees and so forth. They're going to offer you the assorted maintenance plans and so forth but that was not a high pressure experience. For some people those plans can make a lot of sense and don't forget the pricing on them can be negotiable. Honestly, they were competitve against a used purchase when you factor in age, mileage etc.

Communicated by calling to say, I was on my way to look at the car. If the car had been cleaned because last time I came, the car was dirty and not vacuumed. The gentleman that I spoke with stated that the car was outside in the front, so I pulled up in the front. I asked one of the sales guy for him Who went to retrieve him, but he never came out. I started seeing missed phone calls from an unknown number, which was this guy, but he never left a message. The other sales guy came out to tell me that the car was in the shop even though the sales guy had just told me that the vehicle was in the front and knowing I was three minutes away. I never saw the car .

If I could leave 0 stars I would, this dealer was horrible. Absolutely no integrity from these losers. They didn’t communicate worth a crap. I drove all the way down from Woodstock after setting up an appointment with them for Saturday at 9:15am. I called and emailed the night before at less 3 to 4 times with no response. I found out why they weren’t responding, I got down there for my APPOINTMENT and they sold the truck the night before! I went across the street and got EXACTLY what I wanted! AVOID HYUNDAI OF NEWNAN AT ALL COSTS!

The sale representative Mr. Marcellus was very nice and helpful.
