At the dealership they tacked on additional "maintenance fees" they had already performed on the car, and the final price went up almost $5,000 from what the listed. After telling this this was a bait & switch and if they were going to include repair costs they already performed on the car in the price, that should've been included in the price on the internet. Magically, all those fees went away when I argued with them. Then, I paid almost half down in cash and financed the remaining amount. When they gave me the paperwork, they had increased the amount I financed by over $2,000. They had made a clerical error and attached Illinois sales tax onto the vehicle. They admitted their mistake, but said it was too late to adjust my payments because they already received the money from the bank. So now I'm a week out waiting for them to issue a refund check to the bank to go off of the principle of the loan. They haven't offered 1 apology & I have to keep contacting them to fix it.

So far they've Ben the best out of all of the dealerships I have delt with they are really trying to get me financed.
