Todd was very hopeful but they sent a lot of spammy junk emails. At one point I even asked him to tell his manager to stop sending me spammy junk emails. His manager sent me an email to explain the reason they sent all this family junk emails is because sometimes their emails end up in the spam filter and they want to make sure people get their emails so they send more. Just a lot of stupidity in their marketing department

They were very motivated.

This dealer invited me to come test drive a vehicle, knowing I did not live in the state. I drove almost 2 hours one way to be told once I got there that they do not offer out of state financing. Overall a very bad experience. If you do not live in PA don’t waste your time. They also did not have the vehicle I wanted to test drive and were attempting to upsell before I was told they could not help me at all.

I was very pleased when shopping for my daughter's first car here. Matt Bergman was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable with the product. He made us feel welcome and did a great job showing us the vehicles and taking this one for a test drive. He went above and beyond staying late to oet is take delivery same dau. He offered us some protection plans but didnt push them on us, and alsoade sure the protective folm coat and detail was completed. Finance Manager Matt Weber aldo kbocked it out of the park who eased my mind making securing a loan for the vehicle very stressfree. The entire process was A++++ From start to finish. I really have to hand it to this team for pushing through as they are in the midst of a giant remodel but it did not take away from that personal and professional experience!
