Best car buying experience I ever had. No sales pitch or pressure to buy. Very nice people.

They said the car was very popular and that I needed to get in the car immediately to try and purchase it. When I said I was three hours away but would complete credit app and pay down payment and then come the next day to get the car, they said they only deal with people in person and hung up.

Vehicle competitively priced. Staff exceptionally friendly, courteous professional and flexible. Sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and explained differences in the various trims. Staff was very good about following up as well.

This dealership made the process of purchasing a car as easy as it could be and all thanks to Brendan. Brendan contacted me as soon as the dealer opened and was helpful as could be. The listing of the vehicle was accurate and the dealer was honest about about any markup and extra fees. The car was in immaculate condition and once out of the showroom was available to test drive. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda of any sort and would personally recommend Brendan as he will make the process as easy as anything.

If I could given the dealership zero stars, I would. I was very disappointed with Honda of Fremont. I was contacted very quickly, informed they needed to make sure the car was safe to be drive before I came out to test drive it. So I waited for nine days. Drove the 40 min it took to get out there, to not have the car start at all. I don’t recommend this dealership at all.

Nice group of folks. Just wasnt the fit for us.
