Wanted to make a deal online, gave me the run around and told me a sales rep would contact me. Took them a week to reach out to me about a truck. The same day, I spoke to another dealer in Houston and made a deal on a truck online drove to sign paperwork and pick up newly purchased vehicle. I was willing to made a deal but I guess they wanted me in person. I was looking to make a deal not a 6 hour ordeal.

Found a used truck off cargurus. Took a screenshot on the weekend. Monday morning I called and verified the truck was still there. The priced changed by $4700+. The online sales guy would not honor the original price. Then he attempted to send pictures saying work was done on the truck. The reason for the increase. He could not give me a list of "work done". Why lie? You had a porter drive the truck in the bay. With your mechanic sitting next to it with his toolbox closed. Thanks for saving me 1hr trip not to come to your dealership
