The dealer responded to me promptly, within a day. We spoke about the vehicle and I decided to proceed with the purchase. Everything went well. There were a few hiccups but nothing’s perfect. All in all Francisco was very helpful and he tried to get everything I asked for.

Good prices on their vehicles and a friendly sales staff, but refused to accept my credit union's financing (even with my draft check in hand). Upon denial they tried to push me to finance with one of their banks. They lost the sale due to this tactic. I have since visited several dealerships and no one but this dealership has had a problem with my pre-financing.
