Honda dealerships near me (Conyers, GA)

Contacted Stonecrest Honda about a Honda Accord I wanted to purchase. Whitney quickly reached out to me. Asked for an out the door price after seeing other reviews and Whitney disappeared for a couple of days. I finally reached back out to the dealership to speak to another representative and was once again connected to Whitney. Scheduled to come look at the vehicle after receiving a video walk-around. Once we arrived to see the car, the 2 specific things I asked about were kept from me. The car had scuffed rims and paint chips on both front doors. The video Whitney sent was 10+ ft away to hide these key facts. Whitney also was not there during out scheduled visit. I was then connected to Brandon who was better. I was paying cash for the vehicle, but the experience still took over 2.5 hours. Could have definitely been shortened without financing. They agreed to fix the tint, scuffed wheels but I would have to bring the car back the following day. (1.5 hour drive each way).

DO NOT go to this dealership. I was told that they were offering $1,500 off used vehicles only to be told that I was given the wrong information and that they were not offering that incentive after spending hours waiting. I spoke to the manager and he said he was willing to take $17.00 off of the price. $17 dollars??????? I told him that was an insult to even offer. He came back and told me that I was insulting him asking for the $1500 incentive that I was told that they offered from the beginning. They do not have great customer service AT ALL!!!

Offered a good OTD price and comprehensive information and photos.

Take heed to their bad reviews rating I didn't and wasted time. Sales people are lazy and not caring took two weeks to get and answer to a question that could have been answered in the first message I sent Sales person I think the 3.0 rating is to high should be much lower this is a big car dealership being run like one of those little car dealers that are here today and gone tomorrow right down to the excessive fees and the not caring aditude
