Buyer beware! Although the sales person was nice, this dealership is marking up cars thousands over MSRP and calling it a “protection package”. Shop around and you’ll find out there are plenty of dealerships not trying to scam you. I bought this same car at a competitor and didn’t pay a dollar over MSRP. Shop around!!

Very communicative

They contacted me about the Tesla Model 3 I was interested in, however, they did not have the car physically on their Morgan Hill lot. The car was physically on their Napa lot, and would take 2 hours to ship it to my area. They offered to do this, which I graciously accepted, only to get a call from them one hour later to say that the car had sold a day earlier off of their Napa lot. They were apologetic, so I was not upset. All in all, they made good & honest efforts to locate, transport, and make the car available for me, however I just wish that these larger, multi-dealership organizations would be a little more honest upfront about where the car physically is located. I know that these multi-lot dealerships share the same inventory list, but it would be helpful for buyers to be able to see in real time where each of the car actually is.

It was a wonderful experience. Jason and the entire dealership were very respectful and pleasant. I got all the information I needed to make a decision.
