I was running a little late, and even though I had an appointment, my salesperson wasn't expecting me. I honestly think that if Hyundai wants the Genesis marque to carry a premium, they probably need to create a little more of a premium experience than the one that doesn't exist here. That being said, the salesperson I did end up with was knowledgeable and helpful.
