Shawn followed up quickly on my inquiry. Excellent communication the entire time. We drove almost three hours and the vehicle was ready and waiting at the front of the store for our arrival. After a test drive, Shawn fairly addressed every concern we had regarding the vehicle. Paperwork was prepared while we grabbed lunch, then the rest of the transaction was smooth sailing.
