I went to Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall, which includes Cadillac, today and it was a pleasant experience. The sales lady that worked with us was very helpful and knowledgeable of the XT6 that I am trying to purchase. I hope to complete this deal in the next several days.

I will never go to this dealership again. Sales manager was unprofessional. I was told that i could not test drive a corvette i wanted to buy unless i did a contract to purchase. He also told me that they charge you a $1,000 fee if you dont have a trade in when buying a used car. A waste of my time and gas after going there twice to purchase a car . Got a better deal and car at another dealership. Wont recommend anyone to use Lorenzo Buick GMC. Worst experience for me with any dealership. I will say that the sales person was professional . The sales manager shouldn't be selling cars or anything else.
