By the time I arrived, the vehicle was sold and I was offered another vehicle which I had not researched. Was not happy because I traveled a good distance to find out the vehicle, I was looking for was already gone.

They were awesome. Everybody was really nice made the experience easy.

Initial email exchanges with the used sales manager seemed a bit rude and he was completely unwilling to consider any price negotiations. Still went to check out the car which was very nice. Even with pre-arranged financing, it still took 3 hours to buy the car! They tried several times to get me to do a credit application even though I did not want their financing and the final price was a little over $100 over the quote I'd received by email - they had padded out the title & registration costs claiming I'll get it back if it doesn't actually cost that much. Why would you have to estimate tag & title fees? Those are fixed by the state. They also tried to sell me on a bunch of "protection packages" which would have increased the price of the car by at least 50%. Probably standard procedure in car sales, but it really irked me. Stuff like this is why most people hate the car buying process.
