Ford dealerships near me (Ames, IA)

Not a good experience. I agreed on a price with the salesman and management to purchase this truck at. I was waiting on a call to put money down to hold the truck. The following day management allowed another salesman (not the one I was dealing with) to sell the truck to another buyer even though we had agreed on price and that I was going to place a hold on the truck.

Such a good dealership the salesman answered all my questions to the best of his knowledge 100% satisfied thank you very much

Didn't have truck I was looking for, but made numerous follow-ups to see if they could be a further assistance. Only rated 4 stars because only had limited contact with them. They certainly tried.
