Got back to me immediately. They were just to far for me to drive to see the vehicle.

Reached out about a truck that is for sale online. Price was 38.9 online. With their fees and protection packages final price came to 43k, 44k delivered. I asked to remove the protection packages to get the price down. I made an offer of 41k delivered. Was told no they have too much in the truck they can’t negotiate. 5 days later they drop the price another 1,000 to 37.9. I made a second offer based on the initial pricing sheet they gave me. Got ghosted with no response. So good luck dealing and negotiating with these folks. My second offer was 700 dollars less than my first even after they dropped the price more. Long story short they’re false advertising prices to get you in the door then want to slap all these extras on the price as say here you go. I’m attaching partial screenshots of our conversation. Very poor customer service, at the least get back to me. It’s been over 24 hours.

Vehicle was difficult to locate due to waiting on back order parts but received answer within 2days.
