I bought a car here and it wasn't a good experience. They wouldn't let me take the car out by myself unless someone followed me. I should have just walked out. Then they pulled my credit report without telling me even though I paid cash. I waited over an hour to get the papers signed. When I got home there was a scratch on my new car I didn't see. The next day when I asked if I could bring it back and cancel the deal, they wanted $2,000 to give me my trade in back. I've bought five new cars in the last seven years and this was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Definitely will never go back there.

Everything went very smoothly. it was a positive experience. We are loving our new Tellruride.

We were very pleased with the service we received. The sales rep. had the car ready for us to drive at the time we arrived for our appointment. It had been freshly washed and was parked out front. The sales rep was well informed about the car and its features. Although we didn't buy this car from Jeff Belzer's we have purchased a car there in the past and their service and sales people have been first class in all respects.

This was my first car buying experience and United Auto Group was great. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while I made my decision whether to buy the car. They gave me the facts and did not try to push me into buying the car. So far the car is running great. I would recommend them
