Very responsive dealer, answered all questions.

They were both untruthful and misleading in discussing this vehicle. Dylan agreed with me on price at $100K, confirmed via text, after conferring with the owner Paul Caldwell. After agreeing on the price, I offered a $10K deposit to hold it which they assured me was not necessary. They sent me a credit application via text; which we completed within 20 minutes of receiving it. Tyler told us this was necessary because they had other interest in the car to which I replied "you told me I did not need a deposit to hold the car!" I had already secured a flight for Thursday April 11 to complete the purchase. They continued to ignore my calls and return texts until a Simone responded the next day telling me the LX was sold. I have numerous texts verifying these facts and that they were continually passing me around to different folks. I would neither recommend nor would I do business with this dealership. Dylan and Tyler were both dishonest and unprofessional.

Sales called quickly. Went to see it, drove it, liked it. Couple problems that I saw. Salesman wasn’t great about calling back when he said. I’ve never owned a Jeep, so wasn’t aware that half the speakers were missing, which was why the radio wouldn’t work. Got home and realized half the interior was missing. Now I’m wondering if it was a flood car, due to mud all over inside. Mad at dealer and myself.

I told them my budget, we found a car in my price range. They tried to give me a payment almost $200 than we agreed upon, and when I told the finance guy it was too high the salesman blew his top basically calling me a liar for wanting to stick to my original payment budget.
