I was frustrated with the whole experience. I understand our salesman was new. However, no one was helping him guide us or even giving him the proper info. We got a literal printed picture of the work order. I wanted to see what work had been done. Then it was super confusing, to the point I took the car to a 3rd party to clarify what was done. There were so many errors in the contracts we even pointed it out in several areas to Finance. We were told " I don't make these, someone else does it" That concerned me. Then we were charged with an $1850 fee for "maintenance." I told them the car has 54,000 miles it should not need $1850 worth of maintenance. Turns out $880 of that was the Safety inspection and the maintenance of our car. The rest of the fee is the average amount of the cost of maintaining and repairing the other used cars from what I understand. The average gets applied to all the used cars.

The add states the price on the car is 120,951. When the dealer contacted me he laughed and said “ absolutely not! That is MSRP, the price is $250,000!” The add plainly states the price. I won’t do business with any dealer that does business like this.

Easiest buying experience ever! The car was exactly as listed, ready for me when I got to the dealership, and paperwork was a breeze! Very thankful for Cameron and Brandon for helping me through the process and closing this great deal for me!

Truck was posted for a certain price but ended up being 5k more than advertised price. Salesman was nice but as we were working on a deal, probably wasn’t his fault but all of a sudden the truck sold.

Showed up to look at a car that had zip ties on the front - you read that right. It was in an accident and when I spoke on the phone they said it was a side swipe but it had been repaired. If I’m spending thousands of dollars, I would trust that a dealership would do basic safety inspections but sadly I was mistaken. Buying a car is draining because of dealerships like this one. Also, after making it clear I was upset and would never consider them again, I got a call on Easter morning asking about my experience with them.
