Chrysler dealerships near me (New Bedford, MA)

I do not recommend purchasing a used car from Colonial. They add a $2000 service charge to the advertised price of their used vehicles and claim advertised price requires you finance through dealership. I had an issue less than one week after purchasing. The skid plate fell off the bottom of the vehicle while I was driving on the highway so I notified the dealership for repairs. They told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. A few days later they told me the vehicle was ready for pickup.. they did not repair anything and accused me of hitting something with the vehicle and essentially called me a liar on their sales floor and told me they would repair it for $300. I plan to do the repairs on my own and will never do business there again.

Quick friendly service

Both the salesman in the used car dealership AND the salesman in the dealership were both dismissive of concerns, and very pushy. I mentioned a concern with the brakes and was told “It was a toyota thing, the brakes are fine”. Needless to say i do not recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Easy to deal with no pressure quickly in and out very fair I thought

Made an appointment to see the car. They had the car running and waiting when I got there . Very professional and polished salesman. Worked out a trade for my vehicle and we bought the Highlander. Over all a very good dealer experience.
