Chrysler dealerships near me (GA)

Poor communication, I was told the vehicle was on the lot, made arrangement to visit the showroom floor, but later found out the salesperson and sales manager had sold the vehicle before I reached the car lot. No advance notice and really a waste of time as I could have saved a 90 minute trip to the car lot and 45 minute wait time at the dealership showroom floor. I was asked if I wanted to look at other vehicles, but I wasn't interested as I had already had my sights on closing the deal on the vehicle that was sold. I understand things may get crossed in a very fast paced business, but a little care in ensuring the vehicle was still on the lot and had not been negotiated by another salesperson would have saved everyone's time. My time is as important as everyone else time. Unhappy buyer.

Dealership management was horrible and unprofessional. I would never do business with them and advise everyone to stay far away. They don't honor the prices listed on CarGurus and say it's a third party site. I found a Jeep listed for one price and when we get down to actually making the purchase they invoice me with a price about $2500 higher. Management blamed CarGurus and said they would not honor the price and to take the new price or leave it. Of course I left it. Based on the attitude and bad business alone I wouldn't even purchase the jeep now if they took $5k off. They overcharge for the extended Mopar warranty so just know you can shop for that elsewhere too. My salesman was good but everyone else in this dealership was horrible. Glad I walked away and made my purchase elsewhere.

They did everything possible to get me in my new ride never seen another salesman try to get my business like they did I would use them again

Great experience! In and out in about an hour and half with our new to us Jeep. From the initial phone call to the finance office it was a great experience.

Horrible dealership they DO NOT honor their prices on CARGURU at all. While we were on the phone they changed the ad from 97000 to 117000 I had already taken a screenshot of the 97000 but they still would not honor their own advertising. This is just a sad pathetic dealership that does not honor their own rules.

They were quick to call and answer any questions about the vehicle. I’m still looking but this one is one I’m serious about
