Buyer Beware. I should have read the reviews before wasting time and money. They do not honor advertise prices then want to add their ridiculous $2,300ish add on. Manager replies to bad reviews have had no change in thier tactics. Stay away.

It was such a great experience. She communicated consistently and answered my questions thoroughly days before my purchase. The car was exactly as advertised and practically new. No bait and switch. My customer service experience was warm and engaging. Great place and great people to find your next vehicle!

Charging $25k over sticker on a car that if not owned for 6 months by the original owner has its warranty voided is ridiculous. . .

Didn't get to make my appointment and took a week for them to call to acknowledge and to setup a new appointment to view the vehicle in question.

General Dealership staff were very polite and helpful. However, management uses “bait n switch” so would not buy from them. They published one selling price for this vehicle only to raise it by $2k when I was ready to buy. This ruined my experience with them.

First of all longest experience of my life. I spent 6 hours trying to get the car plus had to drive back to the dealership multiple times. They tried to add on 4K to the price which was a joke cause they said it was for the rehab of the car( oil change/ detailing). Once I finally got my car the detailing work was horrible, they didn’t remove some point less film I asked to be removed, the battery was weak and could barely start the car and they left me on a empty tank. After complaining they gave me 3 gallons of gas and promised to replace my battery the following Monday. No one answered my calls so I had to go back down to see if my battery was ready and get the film removed. They informed I had to go buy the battery myself. I ended up having to go back again a few days later to get my ID which they kept, get my check, and remove the film which they did a horrible job. Over all 10 out of 10 on the worst dealerships I have ever been to, it was just such a piss poor dealership.

I never did hear back from the dealer. Last we spoke I told him when I was looking for and they said they would get back with me. They never did.
