They run my credit to 5 banks as hard enquiry and they told me I was approved by Santander bank. I was agree and told them I was coming from Illinois with 40% downpayment. In the middle of the road Josh Talaski called and told me they sold the car to someone else. Believe me these people have the worst customer service.

Route 1 called and emailed in response to the truck. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the truck. I did not see the truck in person. The price of the truck was very competitive compared to other very low mileage trucks. I would recommend Route 1 Chevrolet.
