Chevrolet dealerships near me (Henderson, TN)

I hate to leave bad reviews but I have to for this one. Had an appointment at 5, texted the sales rep 30 minutes prior (like he asked) to me getting there. When I arrived no one knew who I was, the truck wasn’t ready. Had to get someone to look up my phone number to find the salesman who contacted me about the truck. Then after all that they tell me after test driving the truck they don’t do financing for used high mileage trucks, even tho cargurus had me pre approved . This wouldn’t have been a problem if I known ahead of time, could have brought cash and came prepared. This dealership seems like they don’t have time for you if you aren’t inquiring on a new vehicle.
