This dealership had a Lexus I was interested in, so I contacted Don A per the description and got to know him a bit. The process from test drive, inspection by a mechanic of my choosing, through to signing all the documents was so easy, so painless, and so fair. I hate buying cars because dealers always feel pushy, and slimy, but my experience with Classic and with Don was the exact opposite. I wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else. The next week the dealership had a Toyota my wife was interested in but it was at a difference Classic dealer. Don was able to get the car, get it to my mechanic, and work with my wife so we could buy a second car from him. Go see Don at Classic - I promise you won’t regret it.

This dealer is a joke and Tony is awful to work with. Weeks ago when the car was listed for 46k I offered 45k and was bluntly told no. That the internet price was firm. I agreed to buy the car but Tony wouldn't answer questions about maintenance. After I reviewed milage and the cost of fees, taxes, shipping I determined it was not a great deal as it would he over 50k. Shortly later they lowered the price to 45k despite rejecting this offer a week prior. I again reached out and asked about the oil change on the car. Tony told me he would not ask until I paid him. I asked if the $500 doc fee was negotiable and he bluntly told me no. I ended up buying the same spec car with less miles for $44750. Now they listed it for 44k when I would have boughten it but they were unwilling to properly negotiate or communicate. I would not buy from them.

Sales manager rude not very personal his offer for my trade in insulting low. Story is looked at a 2017 with low miles thought I would check it out they asked me if I was interested in trading in my vehicle I replied haven't really thought about it was going to sell it out right or give it to one of my kids they talked me into letting the sales manager look at it and give me an offer while we test drove their car I agree my car is a 2012 Cadillac SRX properly taken care of every two years had any nicks or bonuses professionally repaired interior spotless exterior spotless I updated the typical bad headlights with aftermarket $1,200 headlights looks absolutely amazing yes it does have time mileage all service was done runs and sounds great like I said he offered me such a low amount of money I think a scrap guy could have gave me that my wife and I so insulted we left
