I asked them to send or post a photo of the battery capacity screen, which really should be standard procedure for all used EVs. This is the only way to know how much of the original range remains. They ignored the request and instead kept asking for my phone number. I made it clear that I would only be interested in the talking to them once I had evidence that the battery is in good condition. I also browsed the dealer's website and discovered that they charge $1,995 for "vehicle prep" and $699 for documentation on top of the advertised price. These fees are outrageous compared to most dealers. Don't be fooled by the low-ball prices they advertise.

I was a serious buyer, that is In the market for a new car ( high mileage on my truck!). I reached out thru email about a suv, I did ask very direct questions about the vehicle. They did respond with a generic form type of email wanting me to schedule an appointment to test drive the suv. NONE of my questions were even brushed upon, let alone answered. So to me if you can not take the time to read my email, let alone answer my question’s. Then why should I waste over an hour drive to come to your dealership so you can wast my time and probably jerk me around with car dealer antics. No thanks, I will buy closer to home. Your bdc dept blew your chance of a sale, maybe they should be trained better, or at least taught how to read.
